PayPal – No more digging out your credit cards when you pay using your PayPal account.
PayPal Credit – Pay over time, interest free, on payments over $99 as long as you pay your balance within six months. Subject to credit approval.
Venmo – Use your social payment app to pay your taxes. Visit https://public.pulaskicountytreasurer.net/mobile/ from your mobile device.
Apple Pay – Use your digital wallet to make paying taxes a breeze.
Google Pay – Another secure and convenient way to pay.
Scan to Pay – Select CASH in our online cart, pick a location, and a barcode will be sent to your phone to take to that location for payment.
Pay your Pulaski County property taxes at Western Union. Click here to find a location near you and be sure that the location you choose has a checkmark next to Quick Collect under “Bill Pay.” Provide your name, phone number, and parcel number, and pay your tax bill with cash. There is a $3 fee per parcel charged by the payment processor of this service.

You can use your bank’s online bill payment system. If you have multiple parcels, you will need to create a payee for each parcel number to assure that the payment is applied to the correct property record.
Your bank may have several days lead time before the payment is sent, so be sure to schedule in advance.

We have installed a drop box outside of the Pulaski County Administration Building on Second Street between Spring and Broadway.
There is also a drop box located at the Guard Station in the Administration Building. Please allow 24 hours to post to your account and be sure to include your parcel number on your check or money order. No cash please.  Checks must be written in dark blue or black ink.
